Network and Infrastructure
Computer network architecture defines the physical and logical framework of a computer network. It outlines how computers are organized in the network and what tasks are assigned to those computers. Network architecture components include hardware, software, transmission media (wired or wireless), network topology, and communications protocols.
There are two types of network architecture: peer-to-peer (P2P) and client/server. In P2P architecture, two or more computers are connected as “peers,” meaning they have equal power and privileges on the network. A P2P network does not require a central server for coordination.
Instead, each computer on the network acts as both a client (a computer that needs to access a service) and a server (a computer that serves the needs of the client accessing a service). Each peer makes some of its resources available to the network, sharing storage, memory, bandwidth, and processing power.
Understanding topology types provides the basis for building a successful network. There are several topologies but the most common are bus, ring, star, and mesh.
Ignite Solutions follow standard design when going building a network:
Starting with the number of users and their intensity of use and future growth by building in lots of extra capacity from the beginning. Calculate what capacity you might need in two or three years. Consider the number of new users as well as dramatic increases in data storage needs per user. Your network should be designed to fit the existing capacity and consider growing easily with incremental additions of existing technologies.
Budding Network regarding needs based on business functionality like internet connectivity, External connectivity with other branches, and secure connection with other companies
It is important that the company build network using standard, considering any interconnection with the internet and internet We – Ignite Solutions help companies to build a network that is likely not to pose compatibility problems based on a wide range of Vendors. We Build the network and consider internal and external communication and review security breaches to avoid any risk.
Ignite Solutions provide a general design based on the network's functional requirements and relative scale, Company is ready to begin the design work. Network design involves several layers. You will need to make decisions on each of the following:
